• Leverage and utilize proprietary R&D data and clinical trials generated by WEED, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
• Acquire companies, both public and private, that have established cannabis and hemp cultivation, processing, extraction and manufacturing facilities.
• Develop joint venture partnerships/relationships with cannabis companies that have existing distribution channels for hemp and cannabis products and services worldwide.

WEED, Inc.’s strategy to reach its legal, moral, ethical and humanitarian goals:

• Advance medical research to identify and produce treatments, therapies, and hopeful cures to aid in conquering the worldwide opioid addiction crisis.
• Design, develop and oversee clinical trials, protocols, and procedures to become the driving force in defining the gold standard for medical cannabis and hemp research.
• Facilitate a veterans initiative to develop THC and cannabidiol treatments and products which will specifically address PTSD/TBI and other diseases associated with veteran-related emotional and physical health issues.
